Prices:

prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep all prices current, in the event of a price discrepancy on your order we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payments:

Net 30 Days on approved credit. A service charge of 24% per annum (2% per month) will be applied to overdue accounts. Payments: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Interac.

 

All purchases made via Visa, MasterCard or Interac are payable at the time of purchase. Accounts paid via Visa, MasterCard or Interac after date of purchase are subject to a 10% service charge.

 

All N.S.F. Cheques, Visa or MasterCard are subject to a $30.00 service charge. ALL MERCHANDISE REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF PRIMESTAR SUPPLY INC. UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL

Returns:

Returns claims are must be made within 10 days from reciept of goods, if accepted, and may be subject to a 20% handling charge plus freight both ways.

 

Special order items and custom items are not returnable.

Shipping:

Most orders over $250.00 are shipped free in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Some restrictions apply i.e. Ice Melt, Hoppers, Tilt Trucks etc.

 

Items shipped out of the Lower Mainland or BC will be charged at cost via Purolator or Canada Post. If you have an account with a freight company we will ship using your account on request.
